Is Exercise Always Good for Your Sex Life?

When a man is unable to achieve or maintain an erection necessary for satisfactory sexual intercourse , he is said to be suffering from impotence. This health condition is also called erectile dysfunction (ED). Most men suffer from ED at some point of time in their lives. Men at all ages can get affected by this health condition but older men are more susceptible to it. Successful treatments have been developed to treat it and an individual may resume his sex life once it is treated. A majority of cases are a direct result of emotional trauma and relationship problems. Emotional problems include guilt, depression, low-self esteem, stress and performance anxiety.

The process of erection

When more blood flows to the penis, an erection is achieved. The main cause of this is enlargement of blood vessels, which bring blood to the penis. Erectile dysfunction occurs when this process goes wrong somewhere.

Excessive exercise may cause impotence

There are many benefits of exercising daily. Exercise keeps you healthy and fit. It helps you relieve stress.

Recent studies have shown that even exercise can have a negative effect if done excessively. Exercise is good for health but doing a lot of it may lead to problems such as injuries and sexual dysfunction. It is also true that exercise helps you reduce the risk of erectile dysfunction but only if done in the right amounts. Fluoride to Protect Teeth from Dental Caries

Our teeth require regular care in order to serve us faithfully till end of days. It is important that we should brush the teeth twice a day to protect the mouth cavity and teeth from various diseases. However, some people got a predisposition to having teeth problems. One of the most wide-spread problems that can grip us unexpectedly is dental caries.

Dental caries is a bacterial illness that characterizes by demineralization of the outermost dental enamel. It can progress at high speed and might result in loss of teeth substance and gaining infections. Demineralization starts from acid creation in dental plaque; that acid is the product of carbohydrates that are comprised in food containing sugars.

Dental caries can be treated if checked at the initial stages. The most effective method of getting rid of caries is fluoride and some other minerals that block penetration of bacteria into the enamel.
